　　這是第二版的MV，第一版好像是用影集實習醫生的片段吧。這首歌我從去年底就放在我的MSN Space，到現在還沒拿下來。最早我是從Rockland USA上聽到，一聽到就非常喜愛，馬上去找了歌詞和mp3。在Space上放了沒多久，以前的同事Christine馬上留言說她也超級喜歡這首歌，感覺唱到心坎裡去了。我回應說，這個團讓我想到Fight For Fighting，不論歌曲或是歌詞都很平實，既不煽情，也不花俏，但就是很貼近我的心情和想法。
　　聽完這首歌給我最大的感觸，就是分一點時間給別人，傾聽他們的痛苦，或是找個人訴說自己遇到的困難，也許就能拯救一條寶貴的生命。當然要拯救一條生命不是用說說得這麼簡單，但能藉由音樂傳達積極的想法，也是很值得鼓勵。
　　年假過完，工作非常痛苦的三月，就和大家分享這首歌。生命誠可貴，不要想不開。
